The onsite sanitary sewer network will be public and maintained by the
City. A public water main will extend into the subdivision to serve individual meters at each
home. The private road will accommodate emergency vehicle access and provide space for
utilities (electricity, gas, and telecommunication services).

California Streets and Highways Code §8330 et seq. prescribes the process to be used by the
City to vacate the narrow portion of public right-of-way located along the east side of Thiessen
Street.
