Proposal for Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department NBS | 4 <br />Work Experience: An NBS Senior Consultant, Nicole Huerta offers more than a decade of research and <br />analysis experience for public and private industry, including participation in cost allocation plan, indirect <br />cost rate proposals, cost reimbursements from federally funded grant programs, and user and regulatory <br />fee studies. Nicole has an extensive background in public finance and governmental accounting practices <br />and policies as well as experience working with analytical software, databases, and spreadsheets. She has a <br />Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. <br />NBS PROJECT ANALYSTS AND CONSULTANTS <br />Roles and Responsibilities: In addition to the team noted above, NBS has additional qualified staff that can <br />assist this project’s leadership during times of peak workloads. Under the direction of the project manager, <br />the following NBS staff are available to participate in the role of Project Analyst or Project Consultant as <br />needed. <br />• Debi Applegate, Consultant <br />• Kaitlan vanBreemen, Project Analyst <br />• Stacey Painter, Project Analyst <br />• Jessica Henley, Project Analyst <br />Work Experience: These staff add municipal finance, accounting, and financial management experience <br />collectively to the project team.
