The site area of Lot 29 is 41,723 square feet and Lot 30 is 29,038 <br />square feet, with each home being the same floor plan of 2,451 square feet. The architectural <br />style of Lot 29 is Cottage and the style for Lot 30 is Bungalow, with each style containing <br />elements reflecting the architectural style, details, and color schemes found throughout <br />Pleasanton and the newer and adjacent subdivisions in the area. <br />The uses and future modifications, additions, changes, etc. to the homes and/or Lots 29 and <br />30 would be subject to the use and development standards of the R-1-20,000 Zoning District of <br />the PMC.
