To achieve architectural variety <br />throughout the project site, no duplicate styles are proposed adjacent to each other. Each plan <br />would contain classic elements reflective of the architectural style, details and color schemes <br />that would fit in and be harmonious with the area and subdivisions in the vicinity. A selection of <br />exterior color schemes (three per elevation style) would maintain continuity with the design <br />themes and add variety within the new subdivision. Specifically, design features would include <br />slate and metal roofing, lap siding with adjacent trim boards, gable siding with horizontal trim, <br />batten board siding with adjacent trim boards, fascia, eaves, knee braces, corbels, shutters, <br />and painted garage and entry doors. The exterior color palette depends upon the architectural <br />design type, with palettes ranging between whites, grays and browns, blues, grays, yellows, <br />stone and terracotta, and brighter greens, blues, and reds.
