Current Functionality <br />This section provides an overview of existing functionality that will continue to operate as outlined in <br />the initial Statement of Work, effective as of 3/18/2021. All functions and features continue to depend <br />on the availability of the Customer’s application database(s) to provide the required data to Relay. The <br />current business rules for these solutions will not be changed under this Statement of Work. <br /> <br />2.1. The Relay Platform - Utility Pack <br />The Customer’s solution is currently, and per contract renewal, will continue to be configured with <br />the Relay Utility Pack. This includes: <br />Relay Utility IVR <br />Selectron will continue to maintain, support, and host the Customer’s Relay IVR solutions integrated <br />with Tyler Munis. IVR functionality includes Spanish-language capabilities and credit card payment <br />processing, with Bridgeway as the payment gateway. <br /> <br />Relay Outbound <br />Selectron will continue to maintain, support, and host the Customer’s Relay Outbound solution, <br />which includes both English and Spanish language options. <br />Administrative Tools <br />Selectron will continue to maintain, support, and host the administrative tools that allow the <br />Customer to manage options and view reporting for the solution. <br /> <br />2.2. New Functionality <br />The following includes add-on functionality to the existing Relay IVR and Outbound solutions. <br /> <br />Payment Processing – E-check <br />The Customer’s IVR solution will be enhanced to include e-check payment functionality, integrated <br />with Bridgeway or Elavon as the payment gateway. <br /> <br />Payment Processing – Credit Card Convenience Fees <br />The Customer’s IVR solution will be enhanced to include a convenience fee on all credit card <br />payments. <br />Additional Language – Mandarin <br />The Customer’s Relay IVR and Outbound solutions will be enhanced to include Mandarin language <br />capabilities, in addition to English and Spanish. <br /> <br />3. System Integration <br />It is anticipated that Selectron will continue integrating with the Customer’s backend application <br />database.
