REFORM FITNESS will provide scheduled small-group personal training sessions Monday through Friday at
the following times:
• 5:00 AM
• 6:00 AM
• 8:30 AM
• 9:30 AM
• 4:30 PM
• 5:30 PM
• 6:30 PM
Each scheduled class is supervised by one professional trainer. Because clients attend specific scheduled
sessions, management is able to control the number of participants using the facility and maintain predictable
periods of activity throughout the day.
Parking and Traffic
The proposed operation is expected to generate limited and predictable parking demand. With a maximum
scheduled class size of ten (10) people total, including the instructor, the number of vehicles associated with
each training session is inherently limited.
Unlike a conventional open-access gym where a potentially large number of members may enter and leave at
any time, REFORM FITNESS operates primarily through scheduled small-group training sessions.
The class schedule distributes activity among early-morning, mid-morning, and evening periods rather than
creating continuous high-volume customer traffic throughout the day. This controlled scheduling model allows
parking demand and customer circulation to remain predictable and manageable.
Noise and Compatibility
All training activities will occur indoors. REFORM FITNESS will operate in a manner intended to prevent
unreasonable impacts on neighboring businesses and properties.
Music and instructor communication will be maintained at reasonable levels appropriate for an indoor fitness
environment. Because every small-group training session is professionally supervised, REFORM FITNESS
management and staff are able to maintain control over activities within the facility.
• No outdoor group exercise classes
• No outdoor amplified music
• No late-night entertainment
• No manufacturing or industrial activity
• No food preparation
• No activities generating offensive odors or hazardous emissions
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FINDINGS
1. Compatibility With the Property and Surrounding Uses
