The indoor
recreation facility would operate Monday through Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
and 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The maximum number of people on site at any one time would be
10 (including one staff trainer and up to nine clients). No exterior site or building improvements
are proposed.

Refer to Exhibit B for project plans and additional details regarding proposed activities, hours
of operation, and anticipated attendance.

ANALYSIS
Conditional uses are those uses that, by their nature, require special consideration so they
may be located properly with respect to the objectives of the Pleasanton Municipal Code
(PMC) and their potential effects on surrounding properties. To achieve these purposes, the
Planning Commission is empowered to approve, conditionally approve, or deny CUP
applications.
