Porterhouse delivery partners have
collectively completed more than 225 implementations of this kind across government and
higher education, including fund, grant, and position management structures specific to local
government. The City provides a project sponsor, a budget office lead, department
management analysts for input and testing, and a Tyler Munis technical contact. A weekly
status meeting and a shared milestone plan govern the project; issues are raised in the week
they arise. Disputes follow the Escalation Process in PSA Section 4.3.
Role City Porterhouse
Project
Lead
City project sponsor (designated
in writing at execution)
Porterhouse Engagement Lead (designated in
writing at kickoff)
Docusign Envelope ID: 0FE3D53F-485C-88F0-83B1-0E900318BA33
