Porterhouse.ai Budget Book Service (Application Management
Services)
8.1 Service Description
The Porterhouse.ai Budget Book is the annual application management service under this
SOW. Beginning at production go-live, each service year covers: production of each cycle's
budget book from the Workday Adaptive Planning model, with numbers, tables, and reports
refreshed from the model rather than hand-entered; accessible, screen reader ready output;
template updates and refinement between cycles, including changes responsive to GFOA
reviewer comments; and supplemental configuration support for the City's implementation,
available during business hours by email and phone.
8.2 Support Model
Platform support for Workday Adaptive Planning is provided by Workday, Inc. under the
Workday Agreement, through the Workday Support portal, with City administrators
submitting and tracking cases directly. Platform availability, disaster recovery objectives, and
update delivery are Workday commitments under the Workday Agreement. Porterhouse
provides supplemental support for configuration and optimization questions specific to the
City's implementation: dedicated support through the Post Production Support phase,
coverage through the City's first budget input cycle where timing allows, and continuing
supplemental support under the Budget Book service in each service year.
8.3 Service Term and Renewal
The service runs for an initial term of three service years from production go-live: $50,000.00
in each of service years 1 and 2, and $30,000.00 in service year 3. After the initial term, the
service renews for successive one-year terms, each renewal year priced at five percent over
the prior service year, compounded ($31,500.00 in year 4 and $33,075.00 in year 5), unless
either Party declines renewal by written notice at least 60 days before the end of the then-
current service year.
9.
