Coverage for bodily injury and <br />property damage with combined, single limit of not less than $2,000,000 or such greater or <br />broader coverage if available in Operator's policies. <br />4) Garage Keeper's Liability: shall be the same minimum as on -hook coverage for vehicles in <br />the care, custody, and control of the Operator in the storage yard. <br />B. An Operator shall provide proof of insurance to the PPD for all insurance as required in the <br />TSA and for the storage facilities listed on the Rotation Tow program application. <br />C. Operator shall file a certificate of insurance with the PPD prior to the City's execution of this <br />Agreement, and prior to engaging in any operation or activity set forth in this Agreement. The <br />Certificate of Insurance shall provide in writing that the insurance afforded by this Certificate <br />shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in limits without providing <br />30 calendar days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given <br />to the City. In addition, the insured shall provide 30 calendar days prior written notice to the <br />City of any suspension, cancellation, reduction of coverage or in limits, or voiding of the <br />insurance coverage required by this Agreement. The City reserves the right to require <br />complete certified copies of policies. <br />D. Failure of the Operator to maintain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the TSA <br />shall immediately nullify the TSA, remove the Operator from the rotation tow list, and shall <br />disqualify the Operator from participation on the PPD tow rotation list for a period of not less <br />than one year. <br />17.ANNUAL MEETING <br />A. The Police Captain shall conduct, at a minimum, one annual meeting with Operators to <br />discuss the tow rotation program. <br />1) The PPD shall give Operators a 30 calendar day written notice of the meeting. <br />2) The meeting shall be mandatory for Operators. An Operator's failure to attend a meeting <br />shall result in disciplinary action. <br />18. DEMEANOR AND CONDUCT <br />A. While involved in PPD rotation tow operations, the Operator shall refrain from any acts of <br />misconduct including, but not limited to, any of the following: <br />1) Rude or discourteous behavior. <br />Page 18 of 24 <br />
