3. "Parking Facilities: There is adequate parking space near the facility. Our house
has 2 car driveway & space for parking 3 cars at the curbside. There are additional
more than 15 car parking spaces along the curbside of Genovesio Drive on which our
house is located and the Appian Street, which becomes Genovesio Drive. Our
community club house is just about 100 feet from our house on Appian Street, which
has parking space for at least 5 cars if required

Genovesio Drive is a 2 ways, 42 feet wide through street. The drop off is staggered
for approximately 2 hours in the morning and pick up is staggeredfor about 1 ~
hours in the evening, therefore, the proposed Large Daycare will not create any
traffic congestion and inconvenience to the neighbors. "

CONCERNS/PROBLEMS:
Parking-There is not adequate space for the residents to park on the street. So
logically, there is not enough space for additional daycare parking. Again, from
viewing the photos, one can see that there is limited parking in the area (EXHIBIT
C). While there are about 15 parking spaces on the entire street, these spaces are
usually taken by the neighbors and would not be available anyway. It is also not
realistic for the applicantto believe that a parent will park 100+ feet away to pick up
their child. Because of the lack of parking, the potential problems include double
parking, parking in driveways, and emergency red zones.

With multiple cars arriving for the daycare, the surrounding neighbor's parking
. spaces will be encroached upon. This will be an exceptional burden in the evening
when residents need the space to park their car for the night. There is no designated
loading and unloading zone for the daycare. This will create animosity among the
neighbors (as it has in the past) as they jockey for a parking space because someone
took theirs while a parent occupied another.

Location of Home- 5276 Genovesio is located immediately on the right after a blind
right turn from Appian to Genovesio (EXHIBIT E- Aerial Photo). This blind turn
poses a great danger to anyone on the street, ie cars, bicycles, and pedestrians.
Parents also may rush to drop-off their children so they are not late for work. Further,
most daycares charge parents who are late. If this daycare does, then parents who are
rushing to pick up their children so they don't incur an expensive late fee, will make
the blind turn even more dangerous.

These streets are private streets in a private community. As such, these streets are
very narrow and not the width of a traditional public street. When vehicles are parked
on either side of this blind turn, the risks become even greater. The photos show just
how narrow the streets are when cars are parked on the street. A driver cannot
quickly maneuver their vehicle in the narrow street. This makes coming and going
from the house even more dangerous for everyone.

Emergency Red Curbs-There is a red curb approximately 15 feet in length next to
the residence. There should never be a car parked in this area unless it is an
emergency vehicle (police/fire/ambulance). The red curb is there for everyone's
safety should an emergency arise in the neighborhood. The red curb also poses a
