PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />This Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) provides the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) environmental analysis for the proposed Silverstone <br />Communities Project (PUD-49) 3909 Vineyard Avenue project. <br /> <br />The environmental analysis for the proposed proj ect uses documented information derived from <br />proximate projects as well as previous development applications of the subject site, which never <br />completed the implementation phase of that project. The information has been reviewed and <br />analyzed to ensure that is no changed circumstances exist related to that information. <br />
