It would have 8 more spaces at/near the Bernal Community Park but 200 fewer spaces at the cultural arts center (the subsurface spaces proposed in the project). The removal of these spaces may require increasing the number of parking space at the outdoor sports facilities to meet demand and/or the sharing of surface spaces between the recreational and cultural facilities. Unlike the project, Alternative 2 has no provision for shared parking. 179
