<br />It is assumed that the City will not pay the property owners to access their property <br />during construction. The City will use the TCE maps to notify the property owners and <br />request permission to access their property. Therefore, Appraisal Maps and/or Right of <br />Way Acquisition are not included in this task. <br /> <br />Deliverables: Electronic & Hard Copy TCE Drawings <br /> <br />Task 5 - Public ~eeting <br />After working with the CITY to develop the preferred alternative for final design, <br />CONSULTANT will attend and participate in one public meeting for project stakeholders <br />to discuss project issues and obtain feedback on the preliminary design. Presentation <br />materials will be developed by City. CONSULTANT can prepare presentation materials <br />as additional services. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT will coordinate with CITY to identify which, if any, of the public <br />meeting comments should be incorporated into the PS&E. <br /> <br />Task 6 - PS&E <br />This task consists of producing the construction drawings, special provisions, and <br />construction estimate required for the construction contract documents. The PS&E will <br />be prepared in accordance with the CITY's policies, procedures, manuals, and standards. <br /> <br />PS&E shall conform to the following: <br /> <br />. Specifications will be formatted in accordance with the CITY's standards. <br />. Plan sheets will conform to the CITY's sheet format with CITY standard title <br />block. <br />. Submittals will be made to the CITY at 50%, 90%, and 100% completion <br />phases. <br />. Special provisions, specifically written for this project, will be incorporated <br />into the contract specifications, including boilerplate provided by CITY. <br />Draft special provisions will be included in the 50%, 90%, and 100% <br />submittals for review by the CITY. Comments will be incorporated into the <br />special provisions as directed by the CITY. <br />. CONSULTANT will submit a final reproducible set ofPS&E incorporating <br />all comments from the previous draft submittals. final plan sheets will be <br />plotted on reversible Mylar. <br /> <br />An estimated sheet breakdown is as follows, based on a design scale of 1 "=40': <br /> <br />.
