. Construction Details - 4 sheets . Street Lighting Plans and Details - 2 sheets . Construction Area Sign Plan - 1 sheet . Signing and Marking Plan - 1 sheets Estimated total number of sheets - 14 sheets Title Sheet - The project title sheet will conform to the CITY's sheet format. Typical Sections - Roadway typical sections will be prepared for Old Stanley Boulevard. The roadway sections will include cross sectional information: existing pavement dimensions, proposed pavement overlay and/or structural sections, right-of- way dimensions, and project improvements. Demolition and Removal Plan - The Demolition and Removal Plan will include limits of clearing and grubbing, roadway pavement grind and/or excavation, and concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk removal, trees and street light equipment to be removed. Layout Plan and Profile - Plan and profile sheets will be prepared at a scale of 1"=40' (horizontal) and 1"=4' (vertical). The plan sheets will be created based on the CITY- approved base plans and GAD. The sheets will include limits of pavement overlay and/or reconstruction, curb, gutter and sidewalk, sidewalk ramp construction, driveway conforms, top of curb grades, and other details necessary to construct tlte project. The plans will include sufficient detail to locate the improvements based on tlte roadway station call outs and horizontal line and curve data. In addition, centerline control will be labeled to sufficiently layout the roadway centerline stationing in tlte field. The plan will include the R/W lines and adjacent properties identified by parcel number. The plan sheets will identify the final location of utilities requiring relocation and adjustment to finish grade. Construction Details - Project details will be included as necessary. The details are project-specific and will be evaluated during tlte project design. However, details may include driveway conforms, curb return conforms, curb ramp details, pavement elevations, temporary pavement grind and overlay conforms during construction and other construction details. Irrigation crossovers (3" sleeve) will be shown at sidewalks and driveways to accommodate future irrigation lines in planting strips. Street Lighting Plan and Details - CONSULTANT will prepare street lighting plans and details for installation of new street lights along Old Stanley Boulevard. The plan will identify work required to install the street lights, including conduit, pull boxes, pole locations, wiring schedules and diagrams and approximate points of coooection for electrical service. Construction Area Sign Plan - A Construction Area Signing plan will be prepared at a scale of 1"=500', showing the surrounding roadway network. The sheet will identify locations for construction area signs.
