<br />Ms. Decker requested Commission feedback regarding stockpiling. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Pearce regarding the potential issues of stockpiling at <br />the top of the hill, Mr. Jost noted that the stockpiling would be located in a saddle and was <br />designed so that it would not pose a threat to anything farther down the hill. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Maas regarding the timeframe required for building <br />the tank, Mr. Jost replied that it would take approximately eight to nine months. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />EXCERPTS: PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES, March 8, 2006 <br /> <br />Page 4 of4 <br />
