live at 3750 Cameron Ave

Page 2 of2

the project goes through, the project is slated to be about a 3 year project. I feel like the developer can build a house in a couple
f months and build houses simultaneously. All they are doing it seems is jacking up the prices of the next phase at the expense
f the neighborhood. I would like to see the project time line shortened by 50 percent. It's possible, let's do it and make up for
Jme of the sins above.

the project is approved, we all would like the construction phasing to be done by the minimal physical street impact as possible.
hase the Cameron Avenue side of the project to be first. Make the street curves and homes along here FIRST and do it
xpeditiously. Then, build the behind the fence buildings next. Why should our property values and way of life have to suffer any
lore then it will? We are not getting the money. Not doing this would again, be in my opinion, ignorant.

Ie are down wind of the project. Dust is a major concern. The planning department seems to want to only put extra water trucks
t the beginning of the project and not a bunch of trucks for the entire 3 years of the project. That silt like dust gets everywhere. I
nd my family are highly allergic to dust. Our roofs, ground drains and back yards are not set up for a dust storm. This needs to be
major condition of approval for the planning department with very serious consequences to the builder. We need up front money
I be given to us neighbors for the preparation of, cleaning of and an as needed and unlimited use of the funds to protect OUR
vestments so they don't go down in value while their's goes up.

here are probably 5 to 10 pages of my comments for you all to read. I request that you look up my previous letters and such and
V and see my points. I feel that the project in theory should be approved HOWEVER, the quantity of homes be adjusted down
ld the project delayed for 3-5 years and until after the other projects in the neighborhood are completely finished and all
Jbsequent impacts are known: unless the barrier is installed immediately; then my feelings change. I feel that my directly "directly
~ross the pond" home should receive special weight and considerations subsequently.

lease acknowledge.

'22/2006
