We left the rneeting at 11 :00 pm.
JD-50 - Ponderosa Homes was almost last on the agenda and I would like to make one point to be considered by the
arming Commission. We are directly affected by the development, since we are directly across the street from the
,trance to the development (1796 Equestrian Drive). Nothing has been addressed as far as the rodent issues which will
ise when the development begins. At the last meeting I proposed that Ponderosa Hornes set aside monies to assist the
operty owners immediately adjacent to the developrnent property to exterminate rodents, etc. that will infest the
operties immediately around the development. I have spoken with property owners immediately adjacent to
mderosa Homes last development project and have been informed that these property owners have had to bear the
pense of having exterminators out to their properties at least 3 times during the Ponderosa Development phase. Can
e Planning Commission please respond to this issue?

lank you for your consideration.

:Ien Dillon
96 Equestrian Drive
easanton, CA 94588
5-846-4972

/2006
