Its to high and to wide, also the variance for the over <br />hang to get close to my house is ridiculous, that needs to be scaled down alot, otherwise rejected, <br /> <br />I am against this project as submitted, Second street will be effected by changing the view from both <br />ends of the street, therefore affecting the charm and character of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Why is the downtown area so desirable? <br />Answer: Old fashioned homes, small town feel, Victorians, big and small, stepping back in time to a <br />simple life that is not available anymore, The artist "Norman Rockwell" has painted what we have here <br />in pleasanton now, unchanged,Do not allow <br />anybody to chage this, because when its gone, its gone, <br /> <br />Its ok if you want to expand "BUT" it has to go with the area AND the lot size you have!
