Page 2 of2

Natalie- Thank you for this, it is very helpful. I was wondering about the 3rd column labeled "Stories", Most show
either a "1" or N/A and for instance, the property accross the street from us (786 Mirador Ct.), which certainly has
to be considered a 2 story, is indicated as "1" on this list. Can you clarify this a little.

Thanks.

Stan

From: Natalie Amos [mailto:namos@cLpleasanton.ca.us]
:~t: ThUa August 17, 2006 5:24 PM

Subject: 2,500-3,100 sqft homes

Stan,

Attached is the excel sheet of the homes located in your neighborhood that are between 2,500 and 3,100 square-
feet in size. Per the City's General Plan, your home is located in the Pleasanton Heights neighborhood; which is
a larger boundary than what has been used in the staff reports. There are three sheets in excel that I used. the
last one (titled ascending) is the one that is probably the most helpful to you. The first sheet, titled master,
includes all homes that are bounded by Bernal, First, and Kottinger and are grouped by streets. The second and
third sheet are similar, but the third sheet ascends the square-footage of the homes. I have printed a copy, and
provided a corresponding location map, of the ascending excel sheet and put it in will call with the PC meeting
minutes for you.

I'm still working on gathering the information for the homes that have gone through the planning process. I have
all the information in a hard copy form, but I haven't put in an excel sheet (for legibility purposes). If you have any
questions please let me know.

Sincerely

Natalie E.
