Aesthetics - this is a huge structure in the middle of a residential area - the <br />immediate neighbors will see a highly negative impact on their properties <br /> <br />12. Issues concerning lighting - are the details specified regarding how lighting will <br />be placed so as not to negatively affect the surroundings? <br /> <br />13. Night events - there are events and gatherings which may go on tillllPM, but <br />what is the final time for the cleaning and closing of the venue for the night? Will <br />we see work and noise going on till midnight or beyond? <br /> <br />14. Alcohol usage - during gatherings in such proximity to homes with children is of <br />great concern to us. <br /> <br />15. Dust- health impact of the extra dust and pollution during construction and when <br />the center is in use. <br /> <br />We believe the original plan, approved in 1989 was more workable with lower <br />impacts on immediate neighbors from the traffic, noise, space, aesthetics and parking <br />perspective.
