We
have been members of Trinity Lutheran Church for the last 9 years. Unfortunately we are
unable to attend tonight's Planning commission Meeting, so wish to express our view via e-
mail.
The Trinity community is a warm and friendly community. We have grown over the years
meeting the needs of many families here in Pleasanton. With that growth has come the
addition of a new sanctuary and now with your approval the addition of a new Ministry Center.
I would strongly urge your approval on this Center. I believe the Trinity leadership has been a
good neighbor and that the Center has much to offer Pleasanton. I am concerned that
Pleasanton continues to have a "not-in-my-neighborhood" attitude when it comes to affordable
housing for the less fortunate, elderly and religious organizations' growth. I would hate to see
that attitude perpetuated into this type of project. Your approval is respectfully requested.
Sincerely,
Chris Peters
584 Bonita Avenue
Pleasanton, CA 94566
c
3/13/2007
