ATTACHMENT 15 page 1 of 1
Marion Pavan
From: Jim Townsend [JTwwnsend@ebparks.org]
Sent: Monday, December 11, 2006 5:56 PM
To: Marion Pavan
Cc: Jim Wolfe; Jamie Perkins
Subject: Regency Center
This is to confirm that after discussions with city staff, including Jim Wolfe and Marion Pavan, East Bay Regional Park District
understands that traffic considerations will make it impossible to connect the Iron Horse Trail segments currently terminating at
Busch Road and picking up again along Stanley Blvd via the Stanley/Valley/ Bernal intersection. We understand and agree that
an interim alignment will required at this time. The Park District looks forward to working with the city to complete the trail
connection through the upcoming East Pleasanton Specific Plan.
Thank you for your consideration of our comments.
Jim Townsend
Trails Development Program Manager
East Bay Regional Park District
2950 Peralta Oaks Court
Oakland, CA 94605
510-544-2602
2/9/2007
