Pagc 1 of 1
Maria Hoey
Subject: FW: Home Depot -upcoming hearing -- Oppose
From•
Sent: Suri ay,~~May 06, 2007 7:32 AM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Home Depot -upcoming hearing
Please say No! Pleasanton does not need a "big box" store within a residential area. More traffic generated by
all the semi trucks delivering goods to Home Depot is not what the residents of Pleasanton need. We have
enough traffic problems as is. If for some reason, which is quite likely, the Home Depot on Johnson Drive closes,
shoppers will need to drive to this already congested traffic area. The nearest freeway access is 3 miles so
surface streets will be more heavily impacted. Please say No to Home Depot.
Thank you.
Dorothy Philipovitch
a concerned citizen
~;10,~~'007
