There is adopted by reference that <br />certain code known as the Uniform <br />Sign Code, as more particularly de- <br />scribed in this Section, except such <br />portions as are amended, modified or <br />deleted in this Chapter, and the same is <br />adopted and incorporated as fully as if <br />set out at length in this Chapter. <br />B. Said code is the Uniform Sign <br />Code, 1997 Edition, prepared by the <br />International Conference of Building <br />Officials, three (3) copies of which are <br />on file with the City Clerk for use by <br />the public. <br />C. For the purposes of this Chapter, <br />all references in the Uniform Sign Code <br />to "Building Official" shall mean the <br />Director of Building Inspection, or in <br />the absence of the Director, the Interim, <br />Temporary or Acting Director of Build- <br />ing Inspection. Fees for <br />this Code shall be as set forth in the <br />Master Fee Schedule'. (Ord. 1669 § 9, <br />1995) <br />20.34.020 Section 103(d) <br />Amended -Penalties For <br />Violation: <br />Section 103(d) of the Uniform Sign <br />Code is amended to read as follows: <br />Section 103(d). Penalties for viola- <br />tions of this Code shall be as provid- <br />ed in Section 1.12.020 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />(Ord. 1449 § 9, 1990) <br />1.
