The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Michelotti, Mohr, and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti and Ms. Dennis did not feel this project had the responsibility for the <br />soundwall. Ms. Dennis felt the problems were from people speeding on Mohr or other issues. <br />She has spent a lot of time around nuning homes and it is sad to say that the parking lots are <br />usually empty.
