The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers -Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarvet NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Ms. Acosta indicated it appeared Council supportcd allowing Ms. Ayala to make a new appointment to the San Francisco Task Force and asked for clarification to confirm that. Mr. Pico indicated that all Councilmembers be allowed to review their appointments to see if they want to appoint someone else. The Cormell ageed. item 6c Review of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 1999 (I 999/2000). (SR00:260~ Steven Bocian presented the staff report. Mayor Tarver declared the public hearing open. Bruce Fiedler, 251 Kottinger Drive, administrator of Pleasanton Gardens, announced that Pleasanton Gardens had received a Department &Housing and Urban Development award for being one of the 1000 best performing multi-family facilities in the nation. Only twenty facilities per state receive this award and he felt that was a very select group. He believed the recognition could not have been received without the assistance of the low-income housing funds that had been received li'om the City. He thank Council and the citizens of Pleasanton for their assistance. There being no further speakers, the pubIic hearing was closed. It was moved by Mr. Pico, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to approve the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the FY 1999 CDBG program and to submit the annual report to HUD pursuant to the CDBG program requirements.
