($R 04:228) Ms. McKeehan presented the staff report. In response to an inquiry by Mr. Campbell, Ms. McKeehan noted that the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department Joint Powers Authority is recommending to the Livermore City Council the three percent compensation pool for the fire management employees. If adopted by Council this evening, the Livermore City Council will take action at its next meeting. It was moved by Mayor Pico, seconded by Ms. Hosterman, to adopt Resolution No. 04-068, a resolution approving a three percent compensation pool for management (including Livermore-Plsesenton Fire Department management employees) and a five percent compensation pool for confidential employees.
