~1 ~ 1. <br />Sec• VII. Implementation and Administration of the Affirmative Action Plan. <br />The intent of this section is to set forth the major procedures <br />to be undertaken and followed in the implementation and admin- <br />istration of the Affirmative Action Plan. <br />~ A. Affirmative Action Policy Dissemination <br />]., Internal Dissemination of the Affirmative Action Policy <br />shall be accomplished as follows: <br />a. The City's affirmative action policy shall be set <br />forth in its entirety in the City's Administrative <br />Manual. <br />b. In meetings of its management and supervisorial staff <br />delineate the purpose and contents of the affirmative <br />action policy as well as management's and supervisor's <br />responsibilities thereunder. <br />c. Meet with employee organization representatives to <br />inform them of the policy and seek their cooperation. <br />,- d, Seek to include a non-discrimination clause in con- <br />tracts with its employee groups. <br />e.
