My wife and I went to the Ponderosa neighborhood <br />meeting and the last city hearing meeting on Jun 25 regazding <br />the project to construct 110 detached homes for active adults. <br />Some of my neighbors aze concerned about the EVA which <br />is proposed to connect Sandstone Ct., to the new community. <br />My wife and I aze also concerned about the safety of the court <br />when emergency vehicles rushing through the court while kids <br />may be playing in front of the court. I would highly appreciate <br />if the city and Ponderosa can reconsider a different EVA location <br />in the new active adult community, such as along the north side <br />where the water reservation area is, to be opened up. <br />Best Regazds! <br />Raymond Lai <br />
