From: Jereen Gilbert [mailto <br />Sent: Wednesday, June 25, 2D0~6M <br />To: Anne Fox; pblank@ci.pleasanton.ca.us <br />Cc: Donna Decker <br />Subject: Discussion re:Ponderosa Homes <br />To whom it may concern, <br />As an active community leader I wish to ask you if you would consider continuing the Ponderosa <br />item on tonights agenda for 3 main reasons: <br />1) the majority of pleasantonians interested in this item may be on the typical first 2 weeks of <br />summer vacation and unable to be present. <br />2) residents primarily affected by this proposal were not notified of this meeting (those along <br />Santa Rita and VaAey) <br />3) staff members have not adequately relayed objections to this proposal to your commission <br />(which is a serious ongoing problem) <br />I found out about this meeting at the last minute and am preparing to come briefly and make this <br />request. i could also list a few objections as a summary if needed. <br />I hope you consider my request as 1 have found that my opinion tends to reflect welt that of many <br />citizens in our community.
